Unable to open packs when "Use 3d Pack Opening Screen" is unchecked

Reproduction Steps:

Log in to Perfect Team
Go to the settings page
Uncheck the "Use 3d Pack Opening Page" checkbox
Buy a pack
Click the card icon with the number of packs in the upper right hand corner
Expect that the open cards screen would come up, but nothing happens. If I recheck the "Use 3d Pack opening page" checkbox, clicking on the card icon with the number of packs in the upper right hand corner opens the pack opening screen.
