Perfect Team Card Selling Screen Error when Opening Packs

When opening a pack, I see a card marked as "*Duplicate". I click the button marked "Sell Card"

When the sell card opens up, what I do here is
1. Type the desired sale price.
2. Hit Tab 4 times (To place cursor on "Submit Sell Order")
3. Hit Enter to submit the sale.
4. Hit Enter again to say "OK"

When I do this without waiting the sell card screen remains open, and I have to click cancel to get rid of it. If I wait 2 seconds and let the screen clear itself instead of hitting Enter the second time, the Sell Card Screen disappears as expected.

I hope that explains what I am seeing clearly. .
