Roster Set Making

I realize there are a few sets out there already made by some people and I would like to thank them for all their hard work. With that being said if I was to go and try to make my own roster set based on real players how would I go about doing it? Is there somewhere I can go to read about roster making?

I got it. Don't have time right now to get into everything, but to give you an idea how I do things, click the link below. The first post has a zip file with my ReadMe in it. Look over that and let me know any more questions. I'll be glad to answer them as best I can.
