Spring Training Games?

I created a new leage and started to play games (actually run off games). It went straight to the regular season but no spring trainiing games. I deleted the league three times and tried again four times after reading through the screen to see if I missed something. I looks like either you elimminated spring training game or it just hasn't been added to OOTPB25 yet. Thanks

OOTP has always been this way when starting the upcoming (2024 in this case) season. There is no spring training until your next spring.

As to why, I believe it has to do with the Devs being able to "set" rosters for the season start and simplify the launch of the '24 season. Yeah, it kind of stinks, but honestly it's not a huge deal. You have a bit of time before opening day (three weeks or so?) to sign players and make moves, etc.

There just isn't a spring training going on during that time. Honestly I think it boils down to a consistency thing for start of the mode.
