E-mail notifications missing

This might be something I have done wrong, but its been a major issue for me so far in 25:

1. Is there any communication on when you can start using the development lab? I always miss out because I forget to put people in here, and I think the game should be explicit when its open and ready

2. International signing period - lack of communication. Have an issue here where I offer a contract, and never get any communication back if they like it, accept it, etc. I have signed 3 players with no email confirmation that the signing ever took place.

For the IAFA signing emails, do you sometimes get these and sometimes not, or never get them?

It feels like I have seen SOME, but its rarely. Hard to know for sure which didn't come. However I have been basically having to check the list every day to see what is happening due to the emails not coming.
