Lapses prospect rights causing crash to desktop

Hello!

We have a problem in our online league that has been persistent (but up to this moment not yet reported). When a user controlled team lapses a prospects rights as part of their export, it will then cause a crash to desktop for the commish when importing that teams file, rendering it unusable.

However, the commish is able to lapse player rights with no ill effects. That's our current workaround but it increases his workload considerably.

League File - I will send this to Jeff via PM.

Our Commish should be sending the pw to Jeff via PM.
