Anyone having problems putting a suspended player on the restricted list

The option has always been there for me but I just had a player suspended for 5 days and it is not on the dropdown when I right click the player on the roster screen. Not sure if I am missing something or if it is a glitch.

Started a new game after the last patch and still have this issue. Am I mis-remembering that I could do this in FHM9? If so, what do you do with suspended players?
