Free Agent cap offer money does not get replaced after rejected offer

I've negotiated and submitted an offer to a player who then rejects the offer. The offer no longer shows as being open, but the value of the original offer never clears the offered contract category. It seems that the value of every rejected offer gets stuck in an offered state, and never clears to reuse that money on a different free agent. I am playing Swiss League.

Try right-clicking on the player and choosing End Negotiations. Does that clear the money?

No. Your suggestion did not work. Money for FA is still reduced by the amount initially offered. This is also the case even when a FA selects a different team.

Yeah, it should definitely be clearing in both those cases. I'll have a look and see what's going on there.
