Need GM's for long running fictional league

Were are heading into our off-season. Looking for multiple GM's for long running league (OEL - Over-Educated League). If interested, email me (redstox@gmail.com) and I can get you in touch with the commish(s):
League Overview
16-team league; 162 game regular season; 8 teams make playoffs (3 BO7 series)
26-man team rosters; 40-man secondary roster
Responsible for entire organization (OEL plus minors (AAA, AA, A, Low A, Short A, Rookie)
Sims are daily during playoffs & offseason; 4 x per week during regular season (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Weekend)
League Rules
Universal DH, no 3-batter rule or ghost runner rule
Waivers = 10 days; DFA = 15 days
10-Day & 60-Day ILs
Trade Deadline in July (waiver trades allowed after)
Roster expansion at end of August (anyone on 40-man)
Financial Notes
Annual budget set at beginning of offseason to set spending caps for each team
No salary cap, but there is a luxury tax for teams that spend more on players
Inflation is between 0-2% per year
Drafts
Annual draft mid-June (done in Stats+); 24 rounds with picks that can be traded
We use the Qualifying Offer, so players who are offered it and decline are then subject to draft pick compensation if they sign with another team
Rule 5 Draft occurs mid-December
Any player with enough professional experience that is not currently on a 40-man roster is eligible
Any player selected must remain on your 26-man roster the entire season; otherwise offered back to original team
New Owners Also Receive
1-time option to remove an existing contract with no financial penalty
1-time stadium renovations at no cost
Update fan loyalty to reflect new ownership (reset to 7 if below it)
