Game crashing in historical mode, can't get through prospect tournament.

Game crashing in historical mode, can't get through prospect tournament. How do I get around this? I don't want to restart this sim, 1 year into it. It is obviously a bug. Game started in 69/70. Can you uncheck prospect tournament, so you don't have to deal with this.
Game kept crashing on my team, said not enough players. Kept playing around with the AI trying reset the lines, After, 15 times/crashes, somehow, I ended did sim through my team, don't know how, now I am stuck on the last two teams to play that keep crashing. I may have to take control over those teams and go back to my team which is ridiculous to do every year. Maybe there are not enough players on those teams, not sure. Need assistance and a fix. Basically, a check box to get rid of this tournament in historical games.

Yes, I had to take over both teams and let the AI, set lines which made no sense since it did not add prospects. I am not sure what it did but the game sim past the date, I don't think this tournament is not working right for historical. I can't see myself leaving my team every year to fix the problem and then going back to my team. Now my GM/coaching history will all over the place. Unbelievable.

There are more games the next day and the game crashes when you go to the next day. What a waist! I am disappointed and disgusted! Did anybody do a test on this?

If you can upload that save (instructions at https://forums.ootpdevelopments.com/...d.php?t=341827), that sounds like something we can fix in the save for you. There's an issue right now with the prospects tournament sometimes appearing when it shouldn't, which will be fixed in the next update, but if it's already happening in a game we would probably need to edit your save directly to fix it.

I did the same thing, took control over the other team to get through the tournament. Of course, leaving the team I run and going back to it is not ideal.

I can't figure out how to send the file to you. All I get is a blank page for the upload. Your e-mail is not valid says my EM and the file is too big to send that way.

I unchecked the box for the tournament, yes there is a check box for this part of the game, for the second season, however it showed-up anyways. The good thing was it did not get stuck and played through it this time. I don't understand why the prospect tournament was part the cycle when I unchecked it.
