"Base Fielding Ratings on..." Pitcher Issues

We recently changed our league setting to be "base fielding ratings on entire career". After reading forums, Reddit, OOTP manual, etc this should only impact imported players.

However, this severely impacted current pitcher ratings. We saw large decreases in stamina, movement, control, and stuff for established players in game.

We did make sure that the setting for "base pitcher stamina" remained unchanged and is still based on 3 Year Period. Base ratings remained unchanged from "Real stats" and "Base Potential On..." remained unchanged from "Peak Season of Career". We DO NOT recalc based on real stats after each year.

EDIT: after more testing it looks like the “under the hood”1-200 modifications were only go GB% and Stamina. Though, ratings wise all pitcher ratings went down on the actual interface.
