Can I update OOTP 19 to new MLB rules?

My version still allows relievers to pitch to one batter... and any other changes.
Help?

I doubt very much that you could reverse-engineer that. Whereas with 24 you can eliminate the wretched three-batter rule, and I do. Along with zombie runners - gone. And the two pickoff limit - also gone. But glad to ban IF shifts.

I’m curious. In PBP play, can you disable the automatic intentional walk, and force the pitcher to throw four balls? Another rule change I can’t stand, as it eliminates the risk of a wild pitch or HBP or even a steal by a runner. All because we are too much in a hurry to have a full game.

OOTP 24 is currently on sale for half off and there are ways to migrate the game through from 19 to 20 to 21 to 22 to 23 to 24. Mentioning in the event you want to go that route.

Automatic IBBs deprive the home town fans of four pitches of booing when their slugger gets IBBed.
