Historical Pitch Ratings

I have noticed when you look in the editor that many pitchers have a “1” for current under each pitch, but potential might be more what you expect. I know there are some features in OOTP such as budgets where if you put a zero, it will disregard. Curious if the “1” here is a meaningless thing in some way as often the pitcher’s overall and potential ratings are not that bad.

There can be zeros for pitches. What pitchers are examples? I'd be curious to start a game in that year and take a look. thx

I have seen it a few times. Joe Borrowski (NYY) 1998 start is an example, I believe.
