Unable to restore from back-up

I am unable to restore and save a 'new' game from my backed up game. In the previous version, if I hit the restore from backup button, I was able to highlight a backed up game and then type in a new folder (for example, in the screenshot if I wanted to save a new game from the end of the 2023 file as a new game of 2024). But it just keeps getting me this error (screenshot). Is there a new way to do this? Again, I basically want to keep my 2023 file, and start a new file called 2024 from where 2023 left off .
Hope that makes sense. Thanks in advance for your help.

Someone else posted that the field to enter the name of the new file to import the backup into was missing for some reason. It looks like you're having the same issue. Think you might need a dev/support team to help with this

When you first open the OOTP program, open setting. Change font setting to normal. Then you should be able to open your game and then go to restore backup and you should be set to go (if I remember correctly). Someplace in the bug forum this was mentioned.

here's a step by step on how to back-up. it's OLD from earlier versions, but still accurate as far as i can tell. The how to begins on post 5 of the thread. Good luck.
Hope this helps.

Wow, I just tested some settings myself and managed to replicate the bug. It is definitely a UI issue.

I'm on FastSpring version, build 63. Windows 10.
Game is in dark mode, a user defined window sized 1904x1032(so the bars and stuff fit inside my 1920x1080 monitor)

I'm just looking at the main menu, default font. If I set the font size to very small(I don't restart) I can cause the field for the backup name to disappear when trying to Load Game -> Restore. It comes back on small size or higher. I imagine this is what is similar to what is happening for other people on different window sizes and font/size settings.

Looks like you just saved my 15 season league with this input. Thank you!
