Ty's Skies
I haven't forgotten about the 2-d roots of the game. I've picked up another new toy, a GoSky Monocular, and I'm going to also be grabbing some interesting skies from here in the Frozen Nawth™. I'll also post some over at the blog. While the photos will be posted here/at the blog, the forum tends to reduce my sometimes energetically large pics. Full size will be on a Mega drive. Links will be with the pic. Mrs. Cobb loves to take sky pics, and she's got a good eye for them, so some of the skies in 2-d will be from her efforts.
Today's ballpark is Ray Fisher Stadium in Ann Arbor MI, home of the Michigan Wolverines. The original is on the bottom. https://mega.nz/file/iVME2CZY#FNPyGD...g2lbqwgBdyB8E4 By the way, if you've got a 2d ballpark you want reskied, I'll need your original stadium shot (the larger the better). Heck, take a screen shot of a 3-d stadium that you like and get a re-sky on that. It won't sub for a skybox, but it will give you a 2-d alternative. Ideal stadium shots include most or all of the foul territory, but no less than foul pole to foul pole should get used. Understand...it'll also get posted, and you'll be credited for providing it. Got a good sky but no stadium? Send me the sky and request the stadium. Same terms. Sky shots should have only the sky. I check the thread daily, and I'll get on it as quickly as time allows.

Edison International in Anaheim
Fading twilight. Snagged this sky on M-72 4 miles west of Grayling just before a wicked storm blew through. Original is 5184x3456 and is located at the link.

A ground strike! Get your umbrellas and maybe get off the aluminum stands?

A little love for the Far East. The original is the bright sky.

14 skies for Wrigley
That's right...14. The Windy City is reskied with some shots Mrs. Cobb and I collected after the big storms blew through. Use the download link, don't drag & drop...you'll be much happier with the resolution.

The Stick!
Candlestick Park from the 70's gets the resky treatment. Six different skies for you.
