Draft Order incorrect?

In my current game the Pittsburgh Pirates were bottom of the league
in 1925-26 season. They had an identical record to Boston, so I'm guessing
that the tiebreaker is goal differential?

Anyway , the 1926 NHL draft order then shows Boston drafting ahead
of Pittsburgh. They haven't exchanged picks.

The only other relevant change is that I removed the Montreal Wanderers
from the league on 1st July 1926.

Similar issue in following season. The Montreal Maroons finished
5th (from 10 teams(, but moved up to 4th (instead of 6th) in
the draft. Again no picks exchanged.
