Multiple Team Options Question

I am thinking of offering a player a multi-year contract, plus two successive team options, with identical buyouts. For the sake of the question, let's say it's a four-year guaranteed contract, with team options for years five and six.

If I decline the option for year five, am I on the hook for the buyouts for both years five and six? Or am I on the hook only for year five, and the obligation for year six disappears once I decline the year five option?

Pretty sure you're only responsible for the first buyout.
