2023/2024 League Setup (European Leagues)

Hi guys,

is it possible to promote/relegate the teams from the European Leagues ingame?

I'd love to start a new game with the correct leagues.

Yes and no.
There is promotion/relegation system in leagues that should have one just like IRL but sadly you can't move teams around nor edit structures in commissioner mode by yourself.
