Rule V Eligible Players and Upcoming Minor League Free Agents

Does anyone know of a good resource to determine Rule V eligible players and upcoming Minor league free agents? There are several players I've seen mentioned as rule V eligible or due for minor league free agency in the offseason that are not showing as eligible in the game. I believe it is a database issue and obviously there is the ai Roster management issue but I want to try to be as close to real life as possible

I suspect you could do this by using the filters option when listing players. There are many choices. I believe you could say minor leaguer (one filter) and five or more years service time (or whatever rule you are using in your sim).
