Do tempermental players consider DH a starting role
Do temperamental players who expect to start consider being the designated hitter a starting role?
Or could that lead to some issues. |

I've never had an issue. I currently have a two-way player with a "disruptive" personality as my DH (he no longer pitches or plays in the field due to injuries), and he's very happy.

Also, if it's a guy you don't want to start, I've found putting him in as a starter but then replacing him at game time still keeps him happy. At least in the current season I am doing that is the case. Andrew McCutchen was unhappy with not being a starter so I made him the starter at DH against both LHP and RHP....he still plays against LHP, but I change him out for the "real DH" before each game starts against RHP and he hasn't complained again.
