Didn’t receive perfect points after purchasing

I purchase 12000 perfect points, but I didn’t receive it.
The AppStore prompts me that the transaction has been completed. Here is the transaction ID in AppStore: MVQZSMQ8N1
My OOTP GO 24 user ID is “yato0111”
Please help me solve this problem. Thanks.
