Two errors please help/ Missing Cards/Missing points.

The Gold pack I bought and opened at 9:38 pm last night, the pack opened but the cards did not show up in my roster. The gold card was 2023 George Springer I did not remember the rest.

I sold Mario Soto just now for 2000 to a buyer but I did not get the points. And the card is not in my sell orders.
