Opening in League to Be Named Later

We have the Tampa Bay Rays open in LTBNL.

OOTP 24: 20-80 ratings, normal scouts, normal injuries, no coaches, no owner goals. 6th ranked budget. 97M to play with this offseason (with plenty of good FA left).

Team won 90 games in a brutal division while being on auto-pilot for most of the second half last year. Also has the 6th best farm system, so all the pieces are there to keep this team as a perennial powerhouse.

We run a modified playoff system where the 6 WC slots are awarded to the best non-division winners regardless of what league or division you're in. With this system we usually have 20+ teams still in actual contention come September. Other league quirks are a draft lottery, fast-paced amateur draft, and new this season is a modified FA comp system as well as utilizing the new IAFA system.
