Are team chemistry morale values actually supposed to go up to 5000? The manual suggests otherwise.

I am genuinely wondering if this was a coding error that's just persisted for version after version. The manual indicates, "Morale ratings (except for "Role on Team") are on a scale of -500 to 500, with negative numbers indicating unhappiness and positive numbers indicating happiness."

However, the morale value for "Team Chemistry" can also reach 5000 - is this an error? And if so, is the error in the game itself, or in the manual? It seems like chemistry has a really, really over-weighted effect on player performance (which I assume is one reason why it can be turned off), but at this point I'm just curious if this field was actually intended to support values up to 5000.
