and complete the diamond and perfect missions, do I get credit for eventually getting Mantle for completing all the missions?

Yes, I did that last year. I bought a diamond lock card and completed the diamond mission and got the Perfect card without completing any of the other missions in the set.

It's the same. If you want the perfect card, complete the 2 missions.
