I can crash the game while creating a historical game

This has happened now twice while trying to create a 1950's league. It happens to crash if you enable "Generate International Amateur Free Agents" and when you click on the drop down boxes of the "International Amateur FA Reveal Date" either the month or the day and pick either the month or date, it will not allow you to pick the other and will crash your game, making so that you have to restart the creation process.

Not sure what causes this, nothing I can see is zeroed out that could be calling a null modifier, just when you try and change the date of the reveal of the international pool, the game becomes unresponsive and crashes.

Clicking on any of the drop down menus just crash OOTP. 3rd crashed caused by this now lol. Now not gonna mess with it until the game has been loaded.
