In-game baserunning question skips animation after

Ok, so this bug has been around for years now, and lives on even after the previous patch before build 61 said it was fixed.

Is there some way to help track this down? It doesn't happen every time, but its a visible annoyance when it does occur while playing out games.

The replay animation does work just fine.

Here's my current example from just now of the animation skipping after sending runner to advance when prompted.
