Formula Versus randomness

I my current save, I had a player on a 30-game hit streak. He went hitless in a less than stellar fashion, so I decided to reload and replay the game.
He went hitless again. Wash and repeat. I replayed the game 10 times. Hed went hitless all 10 times. My team averaged 9 hit in each game and won 7 of the 10 games.
It seemed to me that the formula's behind engine were off. The player is fictional with fairly high stats.

Any one else experience anything like?

Thanks in advance

I have never had the patience to go rinse and repeat so many times. I'm fascinated.

My only equivalent experience grew out of mishandling the schedule, so that a team played two games against different opponents in different cities on the same day. I thought it was odd that a very marginal player hit home runs in both games. Obviously a two-game sample doesn't prove much; but he was still beating pretty high odds to do it twice.

It does make me wonder.....
