Where is Mr. Devers??

This is the buggiest game I have ever played!! Playing game and Devers get's hurt sliding and removed from game. After game he is gone fom team. Not on injured list...not on 40 past or active roster and not traded. Nothing in transaction history either. Guess he was kidnapped?

Hmmm for the devs to troubleshoot, will need more background.

Are you still on the day of the injury? In my experience, sometimes the transactions log (and presumably the injured list) need for the calendar page to flip, before showing up.

Are you actively managing the team Devers played for? I gather yes. If not, could be the AI GM or Manager doing something weird.

If you go to Devers, using search player, and open his profile, what does it say about his current team, status (injury), contract? That is, unless he is utterly vanished from the game. I've never encountered that. Even retired/suspended/injured guys still show up when you search.

Curious what the game text said about the injury. If he had to leave the game, it could be serious. Were you able to check his profile after he was removed to see what the diagnosis was? (Hoping you disabled "occasional delay in injury diagnosis".). I'm worried it could be something serious.

Did you make any changes to the injury slider - in terms of frequency? Again, just curious if you could have run into a serious injury that puts him out for the season. I generally leave the slider in the middle (default) position, and still occasionally have guys (usually pitchers) go out for the season. It happens. But not like your experience.

I would also check League News to see if there is a report. If he's out for the year, there should be a news item on it. Again, may take a day to show up.

Again just curious. Does Devers show up in the game box score? Is there mention of his injury there?

Admittedly my questions are just feeling around for info. You may have encountered a bug. Be prepared to upload those game files for analysis. And good luck.

Thanks...unable to play .....out. day to day...Goodrum on roster already and no transaction mention of him either..just shows up and Raffy gone. They should be on roster showing injury and day to day...not gone??

I went to start the next game and there was no message or advisory as to where he went. after searching I found him out for two weeks

I don't know what specific setting it would be, but do you have some form of roster management set to automatic and not manual by chance?

Devers disappearance, and later finding out it's a week week injury, combined with Goodrum just magically showing up on the roster, sounds to me like the computer automatically moving Devers to the IL and replacing him on the roster with someone else.... I'd say check all of your settings and make sure you don't have the CPU controlling any roster management
