2D mode?

I am watching a playoff game, but I received a memory warning. In the step 1 Controls for the game I don't see an option to avoid 3d? Anyone else find it?

Somebody please show me where the 2d less graphic option is on the app. 3d is great, but my devices don't run perfectly with it.

I have the same question. Yesterday I downloaded the 23 version of Go to my phone and discovered to my surprise that it runs fine. But when playing out games there is a 3D view, which to me seems pointless. The ball in flight and the players running around are smaller than ants.

Wouldn't a 2D view be better? Easier on the phone's resources, for example? And easier to look at? And easier to program?

I'm a long-time OOTP player, and to be honest I never use the 3D in-game view. 2D just looks better. Less busy for my middle-aged eyes.

Why isn't there a 2D view for Go?

2D needs to at least be an option for OOTPGO.
