Where do I find the FastSpring/QLM Serial # ?

I've given up playing the 24 version. It even crashed on my brand new laptop. I decided to go back to the 23 version and entered only the partial activation key by mistake! So it now asks for the FastSpring/QLM #. I have no idea where that is. Could somebody please direct me? What a nightmare this has become! Thanks for any assistance! Dave
