Player Overall and Potential Rating Display Issue

Here is an example of my problem that is on going and repeatable.
I am playing with scouting OFF.
I bootup my league...go to the Josh Hader player tab. When I initially look at his ratings display it shows actual:80...potential:80. Playing in the commish mode... actual ratings show OAVG=.173...ERA=1.87...FIP=2.05 and WAR=2.4.
When I return to the player profile the actual now shows a rating of 76 and a potential rating of 77. As long as I stay in the game the 76/77 numbers always appear in all screens.
Before I log out of my league I always do a manual save and backup. Then I log out of OOTP 24.
When I reboot the game and begin playing again...once again the ratings for Josh Hader show 80/80. When I check his actual ratings in commish mode, the same stats shown above are displayed. When I return to the player display,,,yep...it now reads 76/77 again.
This issue appears across a "lot" of player cards in my league. Again...scouting is always OFF.
Started witn v4 and have never experienced this issue before.

As a follow up...I have gone through and checked my 26 man roster.

ALL pitchers...both starters and relievers all show the exact same pattern as highlighted in my first posting. And the result is all pitchers experience a DROP in both overall and potenial ratings...but not the same amount...varies pitcher by pitcher.

ALL batters/position players...DO NOT HAVE THIS ISSUE. The overall and potential ratings always remain the same.

Go figure.

Upon further review...I believe that the original 80/80 is in fact the "true" rating. When I compare the actual stats thru the commish mode/edit option... those true/behind the scenes attributes match very well too Hader's overall rating of 80. Also the potential rating of 80 matches very well to the potential ratings found in the edit profile with Hader.

Something is happening...when in the commish mode...that when you go to the edit tab for the player the two ratings somehow get changed to lower ratings.

Again...batters/position players are not effected.
