My new random debut
I started in 1901, but simmed through the first six seasons.
All players included, no year minimums or maximums. Simming through the seasons with 13 rounds of draft enabled me to expand the league before the 1907 season, run a fantasy draft of 66 rounds using AAA, AA and A level minors for each team (no historical minors). 5-year recalc with current season doubled, development on but talent randomness set at 1. I kept the league history. Cleveland won two of the first three World Series. I am running the Newark Owls. |

For your stats, are you using the historical year (1901, 1902, etc.) or a certain year.
Certainly looks interesting. |

I am using the 1978 statistics, which I locked in with automatic use of modifiers also clicked. I have just left it there, no need to go to the day before Opening Day every season anymore. I know that this function has been here for a while, but it was problematic in the past - locking in the stats gave really weird outcomes. Now it works very well and makes life much easier for anyone who uses historical year. Thanks for asking. I should have mentioned that. |

Can you make a screen shot of you Stats % AI page. Also, how do your total errors at end of year look like compared to 1978? |

As for errors, apparently - you can see the totals for the season so far after about 40ish games each have been played - 1279 which is high. It's 1.5 errors per game, but the percentage in 1978 was only 0.86. So it's high. I can't figure out how to see the league stats for previous seasons under League History. Anyone know? How can I reduce the errors and why did you ask about errors - apparently knowing something I don't ? Thanks! |

So far my stat totals have been excellent. I did a 50 year test using 1984 as my stat year In 1984 the BA was .260 and I’m my test the BA ranged from .257-.262. In 1984 runs/game were 4.26 and in my test it ranged from 4.15-4.39. |
