Offers to drafted players

32 days after the draft and I noticed that not one single offer has been extended to any draft selection on the 29 AI controlled teams. They all say waiting for offer.

Hmmm, that seems a bit odd. Is this in the amateur draft?

If you sim ahead, do most end up signing by the end of the signing period?
