Foreign player restriction by region?

Hello all, can you do a foreign player restriction by region? So if I set a league to have the region North Africa, and I choose league nationality as the setting, will it restrict players to being from that region if I never selected a nation for the league?

Yes but you also have to set foreign players to none since foreign players in that setting will mean everyone outside that region. Drafting players when you have regional settings can be a bit tricky though so I think when you set your creation players setting in that league it will only let you generate players from that region.

Do I have to set foreign players to none? I wanted to set it to 3 specifically.

Oh sorry I assumed you wanted no one outside that region. Yes you can set it to 3 so outside that region can join team as a max of 3.
