Historical simulation season replay human managers

I am missing something or its not available in historical replay but is it possible to be a human manager in the same historical replay season for more than one team? For example, I'm doing a replay of 1964 and I am GM and manager of the Phillies. I can play-out all the Phillies' games. But if I want to also play and manage some AL games could I for example be the manager for the Orioles during the same replay league? When setting up the league initially it seemed to give me an option to pick one team and one team only.

In Commissioner Mode - go to your manager name at the top, get the drop-down menu, Manager Options, then toggle on Commissioner Mode and Act as the manager of anyone you like (the Act as (or just become) the manager is in the manager menu too once C'mode is on).

When playing out a game - I think at the top when the two line-ups are next to each other and there are a bunch of options (someone check me on this), there is an option to not have the other games play-out at the same time. So, then you can go from game to game as you like as whomever you want playing each one.

I believe after 24 years you can still only act as one manager at a time.
I believe the AI manager are always the same each time you start a sim. There is no randomize option so it gets boring fast since other than you, the AI does essentially the same thing every time.

You can always manage any scheduled games you want. At the start of a given day in your league, go to your league's menu and choose Scores. There you will see the list of scheduled games. You can choose Manage Game for any game and play it, and once you get to the initial game screen, you can use the menus toward the top to decide which aspects of the game you want to control. You can even control both teams if you want.

Just keep in mind that, if you you're using the option to simulate other games in the background, other games might be simulated while you're managing one. To turn this off, once you load up a game to manage, go to the General Game Options, in the middle column at the top of your screen when you're first looking at the lineups. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of that General Options list and set the Simulate World in Background to "No." This will make sure other games aren't simulated while you're managing a game.
