Crash when entering the match with 3D view

Whenever I try to enter the match(play ball, watch highlights etc.)in 3D view, the game will crash without exception.
I have tried to follow the guide like updating the display card's driver but seems not the solution.

The following are the details. Please take a look at it.

Are you on a PC or Mac?
PC

What OS are you using?
Win11 HOME

Do you have the game on Steam or the Standalone or a different version (please name it)?
Fastspring Webstore Version

What are your system specs (especially your video card and your amount of memory)?
display card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti
RAM: 16.0 GB
CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8700K CPU @ 3.70GHz 3.70 GHz

Where exactly does your game crash? What are you doing just before it crashes? Can you consistently get the crash to repeat by doing the same thing or is it seemingly random? Do you get an error message? If so, what?
Whenever I try to enter the match(play ball, watch highlights etc.)in 3D view, the game will crash without exception. Occurs every time, but not randomly. No error msg, just crash.

Does this crash in only one saved game or in multiple saves? If only one, then we'll need to see your league files as per the instructions here (or you can just upload to Dropbox/Google Drive and post a link)
It would also help us to have the game generated trace file.

Seems crash occurs in all my saves.

Your user data path is C:\Users\colel\OneDrive\ドキュメント\Out of the Park Developments\OOTP Baseball 24 - can you please install the game to a local folder on your computer which only includes plain ASCII characters in it's name? Perhaps it's a problem with a library which cannot handle the Unicode charachters in ドキュメント

I think I have solved the problem by reinstalling the folder which only has ASCII char in the name.
Thanks a lot and I am going to enjoy this fabulous game

BTW just for reference,
I have chosen "default installation (recommended)" during the setup,
and I don't know why the game folder turned out to be installed in the cloud drive which leads to the problem.

Anyway, the issue in my PC is solved and again really appreciate it.
