Best trade settings to get closest to reality

I saw a comment from a developer last week referring to best settings to get closest to reality when it comes to AI trades. Would one of the developers care to comment on their thoughts on what would be best?

I don't think its possible. For all the trades that can get lopsided by gaming the system.... you also have real life trades that would never happen even on the easy settings in OOTP (like Arenado leaving Colorado).

Trading out of control!

I started a Historical league in 1970 and had 54 trades in the month of July alone!

Try the new Hard Mode for more realistic trading.

I posted something in the impressions thread, but yeah the trade frequency even with very low or almost never as the setting is way too frequent. It becomes very apparent during times like July when teams should be more active. It's almost like it's on steroids or something.

The traditional "hard" setting, along with house rules and honesty.

I’d say hard trading mode and a difficulty of 17 or 18
