Screen off center

Friend of mine says his game screen is off center about 1 in to right any idea how to fix...Thanks

Mine was originally off a bit too, but I maximized my screen and it reset the font and screen size to fix itself. No problems since.

Mine is also off but they solution presented didn't work.
