Stadium Requests and Logo Requests
Graphic Gods:
This is something that I have thought about for awhile and would really like to have some fun with. I hope you find this as an appopriate challenge for you skills. I realize I'm asking for a lot and I don't expect one of you to do it all. Variety is good, but not to hurt peoples feelings, I would like you to somehow split the work so I don't have to pick and choose which to use. I must likely will use the first one I get so I don't make you do more work than needed. Thank you so much. Stadium Gods: I realize stadiums take a long time so I'm not expecting them anytime soon. I just would like to put out 12 stadiums I would like to see in my league. These next 12 stadiums are real stadiums that were used from 1901-1920. I will try and provide you with as many links as I can find with pictures, descriptions and what not for these stadiums. If you need any more information about these stadiums, feel free to post below, email me or PM me. Some of these may already be made and if they are, I don't want you to make another one of them. Just direct me to the correct directory of stadiums and it would be much appreciated. Format: Stadium -Location (90% sure) -Team Name -Links Stadiums: Lloyd Street Grounds -Milwaukee -Milwaukee Brewers -Lloyd Street Grounds at Ballparks.com Oriole Park IV -Baltimore -Baltimore Orioles -Oriole Park IV at Ballparks.com South Side Park III -Chicago -Chicago Sox -South Side Park III at Ballparks.com Braves Field -Boston -Boston Tea Dumpers -Braves Field at Ballparks.com American League Park -Washington D.C. -Washington Pilots -American League Park at Ballparks.com Hilltop Park -New York -New York Highlanders -Hilltop Park at Ballparks.com Columbia Park -Philadelphia -Philadelphia Stars -Columbia Park at Ballparks.com Exposition Park III -Pittsburgh -Pittsburgh Barons -Exposition Park III at Ballparks.com Mahaffey Park -Cleveland -Cleveland Broncos Robinson Field -St. Louis -St. Louis Riverdogs -Robinson Field at Ballparks.com Redland Field -Cincinnati -Cincinnati Tigers Burns Park -Detroit -Detroit Fords Thanks in advance. Logos Gods: I know these take awhile, but I'm sure not as long as the stadiums, but I'm not saying they have to be done faster than the stadiums. I need 11 logos (already found one for a team). I would like these logos to represent more of the early 1900s, especially the 1920's. Again, this league is based off of the 1919 Chicago Black Sox (whatever that means to you). I would perfer unique logos, so you can use your imagination to fit the 1900s. I don't really want logos that are used now (ex. the Brewer logo for the Milwaukee Brewers). Like I said to the Stadium Gods, if you have any questions feel free to email me, post below or PM me. Your work is much appreciated. Logos: Milwaukee Brewers Baltimore Orioles Boston Tea Dumpers Washington Pilots New York Highlanders Cleveland Broncos St. Louis Riverdogs Detroit Fords Thanks in advance. I found a couple of Logos, so if you didn't see, check the logo list again so you don't make a logo I already have, unless you want to then I get a variety
.

Interesting project. Something you have to realize - and then decide on however....
Most all of the early ballparks were "open outfield" formats. The grandstands were really the most interesting part of the park. There was an outfiled wall, maybe stands, maybe a poster or two, but "behind home plate" views would pretty much look all the same. If I were to assemble such a collection, I would think seriously about turning the field around the other way.... looking at it from center field. That way you could get the best view of each ballpark. |

that would kick @$$ man
I think that would be 1) easier to find pictures of 2) be really cool 3) even cooler than my idea 4) fun to look at 5) "new" type of stadiums instead of just homeplate view. I would be more than welcomed to have stadiums like that. Variety is prime so if one of these stadiums is made and it had the homplate view, I would like that so you don't have to make another from a differnet view. (i'm confused :0 - I don't need two of each stadium, i just need views from either homeplate or centerfield) Henry - I also saw in the Previous Versions of OOTP that you made some old stadiums. Are those still there because I saw that the pictures where not working, and would the stadiums work with OOTP5? |

bsbll_n_mn, here is a logo I made for the St. Louis Riverdogs. Please feel free to comment on it, as I can make it better (or worse
) depending on your suggestions:

i like the curved text best
![]() i actually like it, i said i was gonna be to picky, i think it fits well with the 1920 era this is as picky as i will get (this could be considered really picky ) i see some white lines almost like something was deleted but not covered over again above the "R" and the "D" specifically in RiverDogsbut it looks awesome otherwise

Yes, all the links on my download page are working...
http://www.bigcitybaseball.com/BCBdo...Bdownloads.htm You have to click on the picture which will point you into the directory with all the files. The files names are listed next to the pictures. |

Here's one I put together real quick. Which explains why it sucks. But if you could offer me suggestions, I could improve it based on what you want. And, if you don't like it at all (I wouldn't blame you at all if you didn't), I can come up with something else.

I'm currently working on two different Orioles logos right now. They'll be posted in a couple hours or so.

Okay, here's one. I'm working on another right now to give you more choices in case you don't like this one. Once again, if you have any suggestions or comments, let me know.

How's this for another Orioles logo? I kinda like this one better myself, but obviously, it's up to you. Any suggestions/comments welcome.

i wish you made just one, i can't pick between the two
they are both really really cool someone else pick for me ![]() Bird looks really funky (a good funky) reminds me of the old Mickey Mouse compared to the second one, so i'm leaning toward the first one but what do other people think? |

They both look good. Use the second one though just because it has more color.
BTW, nice avatar dbacks. Again. |
