Missing "Copy cameras from from park"?

The button to copy cameras from one park to another seems to be missing in OOTP24. I only see the option to copy cameras to all parks.

Also, the text label for the button to Copy Cameras to All Parks is cut off on my screen. The first and last letters are not visible, so it shows "opy cameras to all park." The text labels on the controls are inconsistent too. Some have multiple words capitalized and not others. It seems to change from control to control.
