Game Crash After Pinch Hit

Was playing opening day Dodgers vs Diamondbacks and in the 7th inning subbed Chris Taylor in for David Peralta. When subbing Taylor in, I didn't set his position to LF, normally I wait for the prompt when the inning ends to show up. When the prompt for the positional change showed up, the game crashed. I am playing on mac btw.
