Bug when trying to save game

This issue is now happening in my offline saves too, just started a new OHL save with the Colts and the exact same thing is happening.

To clarify: it's happening every time you save, or only if you use Save As...?

It happens when you choose the default 'save' option from the top left menu and also if you choose to save when prompted by the 'exit' option from the menu. I'll take a look at the 'save as' menu but when I tried that yesterday it seemed to do it then too during the saving process (all of the copying etc seemed to work okay).

As I say, it started as an issue just with a local copy of an online league, now it's happening in a new game I started only yesterday so not sure what's happening. I hadn't had this issue in my NHL or NCAA games that I've had going since launch.
