"PT Live is Now Live" - Where is this???

I am seeing the messages in OOTP24 Perfect Team. I don't see anything that looks like entries to PT Live. Where is this? I've checked all the tournament menus.

It’s in the far upper left menu drop down, I think (away from desktop atm). Like where you’d get to the list of missions, etc.

Separate from tournaments, it appears on the screen when you open up PT:
