Worst transaction I've seen in FHM9 so far (haven't made it to 2024 in any sim yet).

NYR put Kaapo Kakko on waivers (2nd overall pick in 2019!)

I'll adjust his potential up a little, it's probably lower than it should be right now. But Kakko isn't exactly setting the world on fire at the moment; at this point it's starting to look like a JVR-like career would be a good outcome for him.

Totally agree. It is still extremely unlikely a player like this goes on waivers. A guy like Puljujarvi might be a fair comp right now.
