International Free Agent bonuses

Does anybody know where the percentages and amounts can be edited?

Under league Settings, Players tab. You should see a drop down for 'Generate International Amateur Free Agents'. Under that you should see a txt box to set the "cap"

I see that, but it doesn't give me the option to change the percentages that are based on what you spent the previous season that I've underlined in red on the image above.

There isn't currently an option to change those percentages. Only whether it is a "hard" cap (which wouldn't let you go over at all), a "soft" cap (which uses these hard coded percentages), or "no" cap.
