Draft filter - scouting not working

In the NHL draft, filter, you can filter players by scouting - min scouting level, min success chance.

I set them both to C, but I still see players with a scouting level of E.
They should have been filtered out.

Either I don't understand the filter or something is not working.

Yeah, there's something wrong with that filter at the moment, it's already on the bug list. Hopefully fixed in the next update.
