2 AGM questions

1. How can I get my Assistant General Manager to stop signing independent league players?

2. Is there an option where the AGM will go out seek trades but report back to me for approval?

Number one has a setting. You need to go to the manager options and make sure you are in control of all transactions.

As for number two, no this does not exist, but it might make for a more intuitive way to deal with other staff/players in the game in the future. (a la FM)
