ha, this has nothin to do with a New York-Boston Rivalry.

I could care less. You Bostonites are the ones that stress it so much.

I'm talkin about the fan that tried to attack Walker. Was the fan upset that Walker hasn't pulled his weight in the series? Or just upset that his team was losing to the Nets...a team the Celts clearly can not beat?

I'm not tryin to be mean, I'm being realistic.

oh and Walker is overrated.

It was great last night. I don't know why Boston have such hatred for Jason Kidd. Everytime he touched the ball the crowd booed. But Jason and the Nets shut the crowd up. Are Red Sox fans this rowdy?

I can't believe people out there even care what any of the Leastern Conference teams do. You're all fighting for the right to say, "We're Number 7!"

And Walker really is one of the most overrated players I've seen. We've got a phrase for teams like Boston when they're Western Conference teams, and that phrase is "Los Angeles Clippers."

Hmm. I'd heard Bostoners before, but never Bostonites.

It's Bostonians -- but you could care less (I guess you do care a lot afterall, eh?), because you're a... err, would I call you a Bronxite or just a general New Yorkite?

lol, you alright?

So I called a person from Boston a Bostonite...sorry. It's a huge crime to call a person from a city the wrong name! I made a mistake, thanks for lettin me know it's Bostonian.

And yes, I could care less -- meaning I could not care at all. Which is the absolute truth. I don't have problems with people from Boston or Red Sox fans for that matter. But, it seems as if Bostonians (some, not all...I've met some great ones) flip this switch once they hear Yankee fan and Bronx.

It's even more pathetic when Red Sox fans go to home games against other teams and chant, "Yankees suck" repeatedly. Hey, I'm not sayin they have no right to do it. It's your park, have fun. But, don't go at me and immediately think I'm a prick just because I'm a Yankee fan and was born and raised in the Bronx.

Like I said, I could care less what team you root for and where you were born.

Americans are from America, Canadians are from Canadia. Doesn't that make sense?

Being a former Bostonite, I can say without a doubt that all Bostonites prefer to be known as Ma$$holes.

Not to split hairs but...

"Could care less" implies that you are at a level where you COULD care at a lesser amount. Thus, you care.

"Couldn't care less" is the proper term. It means that you are UNABLE to care at a lesser amount. Thus, you are at the minimal amount of caring--zero.
