Support Question

I recently had to switch from my macbook to a Hp laptop, and was wondering what can be done to reinstall OOTP23 on this computer, since I've been playing it on my Mac since the release date.

Your License works on both Mac and PC.

Download and install the game again. Use same license#, good for 2 installs.

You should, if possible, unlicense it from the Mac if possible to free up that license. If not, contact tech support and they will reset it for you.

good to know thank you. looks like i'll need to find/retrieve that license first.... let the search begin lol

Once you've been able to reinstall, I'd be curious if you notice any difference between the versions. I play both on my Mac Mini at home, and my notebook PC when traveling. So each year I download both versions. The game looks different, but that may be the large versus small screens.

update:

I was able to find my key, and reinstalled it on my PC. so far though, I haven't had a chance to sit down and dig into it as much (schedule is jam packed right now), but logging into PT hasn't shown many glaring differences from mac to pc.
